Reviews: Your recent training is now my favorite over my past twelve years.  I came away with so much both personally and professionally. I was able to “get there” for the first time during this practice.  I experienced a tranquility, calm, serene and yet was fully aware of this sensation, followed by pure joy, a physical rush so to speak. I have practiced meditations and mindfulness but always felt I was not an expert. Since this training, I have used this practice with Clients and am more confident in my  work. Thank you.– Ann T., LPC

I’m currently completing the online webinar ‘Advanced Mindfulness Toolbox’ and the webinar is wonderful!– Amanda, Canada

We also want to thank you again because one month later we are still riding on a high from your mindfulness training! It further ignited the passion we have regarding the change mindfulness can make. — Elise Schaffer, LMHC, CASAC, NCC and Jeanette Gonzalez
